1. Planning and Strategizing.
Define budget for security and gain approval from Director
2. Policy and Process Design, Implementation and Review.
- Ensure that tankers and other vehicles are safely parked in the premises and that no tampering/adulteration of the material take place.
- Ensure that all vehicles entering the premises are well checked, weighed and accurate data entry is completed.
- Ensure that all facilities of the group are well guarded by sufficient number of security personnel and appropriate security systems (e.g.- CCTVs).
- Ensure that action on security breach is prompt and as per security policies and procedures.
- Ensure that up to date information related to security is maintained (e.g. - number of security issues, entry book for internal and external personnel etc).
3. Coordination, Interface, Imparting Training.
- Build employee awareness on security policies and procedures by ensuring that sufficient training and
communication (posters, mailers etc) are provided.
- Ensure that appropriate government agencies are involved as and when required, such as police.
- Management of performance, capability and morale.
- Infrastructure and Technology Investment and Management.
- Disaster & threat Management
- Liaison with local authorities, Police, political leaders and neighboring units as well as other external agencies.
-Setting and Building up Vigilance function.
- Reporting & analysis for top Management
