Desired Candidate Profile Graduate Engineer with 5 to 6 years of work experience computer assembly line management. Strongly process driven Ability to create processes and document them. Product segments: Knowledge of best manufacturing processes, infra/ fixtures reqd to meet the quality needs, product knowledge to be able to add value on the R&D design. KRAs for Manufacturing /Production: KRA 1: Delivery Minimize downtime. Timely completion of jobs. Meet annual production target as per expected cycle time. KRA 2: Resource Utilization / Review resource requirements Maximizing quality of product, efficiency of production and maximize production rates. Compliance of corporate policy norms. Maximize plant efficiency through teamwork and innovation KRA 3: Operational costs. Reduction in operating costs. Minimize the inventory levels. Minimize the scarp level/wastage reduction.
